👉 Is this emotion mine, or am I absorbing someone else’s energy?
👉 What do I need to feel better in this moment?
This breaks the cycle of autopilot stress and gives you a chance to realign.
Step 3: Shift Your Focus to One Small Win
✔ Write down one thing that’s going well today
✔ Acknowledge one thing you’ve already done right
✔ Celebrate any small action forward (momentum shifts energy!)
